1. TCT (Transfer Certificate of Title)
2. Tax Declaration
3. Proof of Income
4. Three (3) Valid ID’s of borrower/ co-borrower
5. Proof of Billing ( Meralco Bill, Water Bill, Internet Bill, etc.)
