2. TCT (Transfer Certificate of Title)
3. Tax Declaration
4. Proof of Income
5. Two (2) Valid ID’s of borrower/ co-borrower
6. Proof of Billing (Meralco Bill, Water Bill, Internet Bill, etc.)
